By accessing, browsing, or using this website (“Site”) regarding franchise opportunities, you agree to these Terms. These Terms form a binding legal agreement between you (“you”) and Naz’s Halal (“we,” “us,” or “our”). If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
- Purpose & Franchise Offering
This Site is for informational purposes only and is directed at prospective franchisees. Any information here is not an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, a franchise. An offer is only initiated when we deliver a Franchise Disclosure Document (“FDD”) in compliance with the FTC Franchise Rule and applicable state laws.
In the event of any conflict in interpretation, the language in the FDD shall prevail.
- State Registration & Restrictions
Certain states require registration or exemption of the FDD before an offer can be made. This Site is not directed to residents of those states where registration is pending.
